*Must live within 20-30 miles from our Covington, KY location. R.A Jones does not offer any stipend, housing, or transportation

About the Role
As a

Manufacturing Engineering Co-op,

you will build leadership and technical skills in a manufacturing setting while working on challenging, real-world projects where you will gain invaluable experiences along the way.

In this role you will build a strong technical foundation in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing and assembly processes and systems.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency and quality
Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and engineering drawings.
Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of workplace safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Be Successful
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
