    As a key team member, your primary focus will be on ensuring a safe and secure environment for both our employees and residents.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing medication administration in accordance with Federal & State regulations and company policies.
    • Managing new resident admissions, including assessments and documentation.
    • Developing and implementing care plans for residents.
    • Monitoring clinical systems and health concerns, following the guidance of the director.
    • Providing health-related consultations within the community.
    • Promptly reporting any changes in residents' health status to physicians or family members.
    • Responding efficiently to emergencies as they arise.
    • Maintaining effective communication with all departments and team members.
    • Conducting educational sessions for residents and staff members.
    • Playing a vital role in safety and disaster preparedness.
    • Safeguarding the confidentiality of residents' information.
    • Participating in mandatory training sessions and meetings.
    • Promoting a secure work environment by following safety protocols.
    • Demonstrating a respectful and professional attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
    • Undertaking any other duties as delegated.
