is currently seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong sense of purpose and dedication. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are the frontrunners in innovation and service excellence.
The primary focus of this role is to oversee the seamless servicing of our 2,000 existing business clients, foster new client relationships through referrals and leads, and lead a small team in accomplishing these objectives.
As you become proficient in training and guiding your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering our established systems and processes along the way.
Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis, with an average annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.Key Responsibilities:
Strong leadership and supervisory aptitudes.·Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate as needed.·Adept at functioning in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments.·Demonstrated passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational competencies.·Previous experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.·Inclination towards community involvement.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).
