    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team. With over 120 years of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will oversee servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, foster relationships to onboard new clients, and lead a small team through these processes. By mastering our systems and procedures, you will progress to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary averaging between $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Function well in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active involvement in the community desired
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. required
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
