    The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing internal and external customers with technical support and relaying information to our product development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs.

    The Application Engineer will also perform key testing and troubleshooting procedures to improve products, and will keep up with the latest advancements in products, engineering and new technologies.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Provide internal and external customers with technical support as needed
    • Relay information to our product development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs
    • Perform testing and troubleshooting procedures to improve product
    • Keep up with advancements in products, engineering, and new technologies
    • Act as a technical expert for performance and rigging product offerings
    • Provide technical and operational leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project
    • Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
    • Communicate external product changes to relative departments

    Requirements


    SKILLS KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field desired
    • 2+ years' experience in lean manufacturing preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, results-oriented and self-driven
    • Excellent written verbal communication within team and cross-functionally
    • Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Effective negotiation, and problem-solving skills
