- The salary range for this position is $ $18.00 per hour.
- Work hours will be Monday - Thursday, 7:45 - 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:45 - 4:00 PM.
- Answering phones, transferring patient calls, checking voicemails,
- Scheduling (new and existing appts),
- Data entry and uploading documents into our EHR,
- Checking patients in via our EHR (verifying demographics, insurance, etc.),
- Rooming patients to see their medical providers,
- Faxing of notes for continuity of care,
- Taking and sending referrals,
- Verifying patient balances,
- Setting up and troubleshooting telehealth appointments with clients
- Other duties as needed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable on computers (EMR experience preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a private practice setting is preferred
