Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing efforts by working with existing customer data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with existing customers through followup phone calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with basic office duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM and/or office software.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable and detailoriented.
- Reliable commute to Little Falls, NJ.
