- Manage multiple cases with efficiency, prioritizing based on severity.
- Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective care and follow-up.
- Document care activities accurately and promptly.
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for a multi-state compact license.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Open to 1+ year(s) of RN experience in ER or med-surg nurses willing to cross-train for night shifts.
- Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $32.11 to $45.87 per hour.
- Shift differentials for nights and weekends.
- $15K sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
- Up to $1,500 in relocation assistance.
