Job Description
  • As part of your internship, you will support the HR business partners in the diverse tasks of operational and strategic personnel management, such as hiring, transfers, and occupational health management, giving you a comprehensive insight into the wide range of responsibilities in a human resources department.
  • You will work on various current HR projects and special topics, such as personnel marketing, diversity management, and personnel development.
  • In addition, you will coordinate the recruitment process for apprenticeships and dual degree programs and conduct job interviews.
  • You will independently research specific topics and be able to present your results clearly in a presentation.
  • Lastly, you will identify potential for optimization in existing processes and procedures and proactively contribute your ideas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in business/social sciences, business law or psychology, or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources.
