Description

As a (Junior) Software Engineer (m/f/d) in the Financial Services sector at Southwest City, you will ensure the success of our clients' business and IT transformations through practical consulting and technological foresight.

You will support the world's largest banks, financial service providers, and insurance companies in successfully overcoming the diverse challenges in the industry.

This position is available in both full-time and part-time.

Your new job:

You will develop and shape tailormade IT solutions in an agile team, using modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud solutions such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or microservices.
You will be involved in the entire agile software development process for front and backend solutions: from analysis and functional design to the implementation and testing of distributed and modern microservices in the software engineering environment.
You will work on the further development of existing software applications as well as complete new developments.
As part of the team, you will analyze and evaluate the client's processes and IT and identify potential for improvement.
Over time, you can develop into a lead/senior software engineer according to your preferences and skills, or switch tracks and become a delivery architect or project manager.

Your profile:

University degree with good grades in (business) informatics or another ITrelated field
First practical experience in software engineering
