    Essential job functions of the Branch Manager II:
    • Lead and coach a high performing team of 6 or more members.
    • Ensure the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans.
    • Plan, direct, and control branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.
    • Monitor building maintenance to provide a comfortable work environment and a professional appearance.
    • Supervise the activities of the branch and branch personnel, ensuring that goals are met, and that members and team members are handled effectively and efficiently.
    Required Qualifications:
    • A two year college degree and/or, completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of extensive in-house training.
    • Two to five years of similar or related experience in a branch office of a credit union or financial institution required.
    • Proven success leading a team of 6 more people.
    MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, CREDIT CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING

    *Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening.
