Opportunity
The Account Manager, eCommerce shall be responsible for growing the company's sales and market share on Pureplay eCommerce accounts such as Amazon.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, product marketing, digital merchandising, and marketing to drive the strategic direction of the account.
Specific Responsibilities
Develops and executes the cross-functional strategies by product category that lead to growth in sales and profitability by focusing holistically on the key drivers of online sales.
In collaboration with product marketing, drives category growth plans and contributes to the execution of new product development plans to effectively compete in the eCommerce channel.
Strategize and manage promotional calendar, engage with merchandizing & marketing teams to ensure pages are retail ready, track results and drive optimizations to increase product sales velocity.
Collaborate with supply chain to strengthen operational capabilities & streamline delivery to customer to maintain optimal inventory levels that meet market demand.
Contribute actively in the demand forecasting process to achieve set forecast accuracy targets.Support analyst team to develop reporting dashboards to deliver data driven insights for sales performance, pricing and competitive intel.
Identifies competitive market trends to evaluate and target opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and basket size.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
2+ years eCommerce experience preferably with , knowledge of performance marketing, digital merchandising, and eCommerce supply chain with emphasis on Amazon.
Must possess proficient skills in written and oral communication.Analytical with attention to detail. Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI is a bonus.
Travel to trade shows and customer visits as needed, approximately 20-30%.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position is $99,700 - $127,050.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
