  • Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
  • Cannot be combined with any other work

_ Salary_:

- $ /month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.

  • Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

Property manager needed to manage two properties for a local property management firm in the Sun Valley area. The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at the one property of the properties managed.


Overview of Duties:


  • Rent Collection
  • Generating/Posting notices
  • Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
  • Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
  • Must live at one of the properties being managed
  • Other duties assigned by management

Experience Required:


  • Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
  • Managing 50+ units preferred
  • Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
  • GED or HS Diploma


  • MUST

  • Valid Driver's license


  • MUST

  • Reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
  • Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
