This is an excellent in-house opportunity to be part of a successful real estate company located in Los Angeles area. The selected candidate will be the join the Legal Department's and assist with litigation docket. .

The position offers a regular workweek, medical benefits, and no billable hour requirement. This is an exceptional long-term opportunity for a resolute professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist a team of professionals and engage in pre-litigation dispute resolution efforts.
• Assist with mentoring other in-house paralegals, and administrative assistants.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-4 years of legal experience, with an insurance defense or eviction prosecution background, including trial experience.
• Strong work ethic, the ability to produce high quality work product in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High degree of ethics and integrity, with the ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment, analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with time management skills and computer literacy with a Microsoft suite of products.
• Candidates with a combination of law firm and in-house experience are encouraged to apply.
• Member in good standing of the California Bar.
• The selected candidate will be a zealous advocate, second to none.

Compensation

The selected candidate will receive a salary between 125k- $150k (DOE)
