- Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
- Building high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
- Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings, and setting high-level collaborative goals
- 2+ years of experience at a Chick-fil-A Franchise
- Proven track record of developing others
- Humility - Willingness to complete tasks outside of one's day to day job duties for the overall benefit of our organization
- Ownership - Ability to implement systems and desire to see tasks through to completion

- Monday- Saturday availability | 45 hours/week | Sundays off | Directors ideally have two days off per week
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- 2 years of experience at a Chick-fil-A Franchise or 5+ years of leadership experience
- Closed Sundays - All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
- Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator - The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his team, teaching them important business skills for the future.
