Responsibilities:
As an employee, you will be part of our team in the Procurement and Infrastructure department and will be responsible for property, fleet, access, and key management.
You will coordinate and supervise internal and external service providers.
You will provide support for inquiries from organizational units regarding infrastructure topics.
In addition, you will assist in coordinating internal plans for relocations.
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining floor plans.
You will also handle landlord matters.
Assisting with invoice processing and verification is also part of your job.
Profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have administrative knowledge in the construction/real estate industry.
You have a high level of responsibility and assertiveness, a friendly demeanor, and are a team player with flexibility.
You have good PC and MS Office skills, as well as experience with databases.
Experience in project management is desirable.
Ideally, you have a driver's license for class B vehicles.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-oriented approach complete your profile.
