- Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applied's IT functions pertaining to business functional areas.
- Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implement the requirements of prioritized business and IT projects.
- Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas.
- In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements.
- Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership.
