Recruiter - Expert Active Sourcing (m/f/d)

What you can expect
| Continuous screening, identification and direct approach of suitable candidates on business platforms,
social media channels and offline
| Development of suitable search strategies in the field of active sourcing, taking over initial contact
| Responsibility for constantly adapting suitable recruiting strategies and recognizing new trends in
active sourcing
| Proactive procurement of information from departments for the creation of job profiles and
job descriptions
| Administrative and organizational tasks in the HR department


What you bring
| Completed degree with a focus on personnel management or a comparable HR qualification (personnel specialist)
| Several years of professional experience in recruiting with a focus on active sourcing/research in an industrial company or
in personnel consulting
| Strong affinity for technology, digitalization and new recruiting tools and trends
| Good knowledge of English
| Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of the HR system SAP-HCM (desirable)
| Initiative, solution orientation and courage to implement innovative ideas
