- Lead and direct the daily and monthly responsibilities of the accounting team.
- Ensure cohesive and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial accounting reports and budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the development and implementation of effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Implement strategies for optimal balance sheet management.
- Provide reliable information to support sound financial decision-making.
- Manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation is a plus.
- ~10 years years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
