- Financial Management:
- Assist the Controller in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Help with the analysis of financial data and preparation of forecasts.
- Support in ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee office administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office facilities and liaise with building management when necessary.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accuracy.
- Support in administering employee benefits programs.
- Assist with inquiries related to payroll and benefits from employees.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and office administration.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in office administration or related field is a plus.
