    Description

    Summary:

    Uploading and restocking of invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Upload/ Enter Invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
    2. Continually re-prioritize workload based on the needs of the receiving department and/or direction from Distribution Center Manager or Distribution Center Supervisor.
    3. Contact vendors via telephone and/or email to obtain invoices in a timely manner or to report invoice discrepancies.
    4. Restock inventory in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that all invoices available for restock are finished on a daily basis.
    5. Checking receiving department for orders leftover from previous days to ensure invoices are available.
    6. Filing of inventory invoices and other data entry documents.
    7. Researching of discrepancies / inventory / vendor invoices / product pricing, but is not limited to, as needed or as needed by other departments.
    8. Recognize, document and alert Controller or Distribution Center Manager of any problems.
    9. Report work-related injuries to Distribution Center Manager or Distribution Center Supervisor within 24 hours of event.
    10. Report any concerns or discrepancies to Controller or Distribution Center Manager.
    11. Communicate ideas for better organization, better work flow, suggestions, etc.
    Secondary Responsibilities (duties performed on an as-needed basis):
    1. Pulls and double checks customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
    2. Restocks incoming inventory to correct locations in warehouse and maintains overstock areas.
    3. Ensures all customer orders are treated with the highest priority. AMain's goal is to ship orders out the same day if received before Noon or at least within 24 hours of receipt.
    4. Incorporates and applies AMain's Core Values into daily duties.
    5. Ability to receive and apply direction from Distribution Center Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.
    6. Recognize, document and alert the Distribution Center Supervisor or Manager of any issues or concerns.
    7. Reports injuries to Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Manager within 24 hours of event.
    8. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
    9. Reports any safety issues to Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Manager immediately.
    10. Communicate ideas for better organization, better work flow, and suggestions to Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Manager verbally or written.
    11. Ability to be flexible for other duties that may not be listed above as required by Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Manager.
    12. Packing/shipping of customer orders for shipment in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
    13. Receives incoming inventory, unpacks boxes, and correctly checks/scans against invoices.
    14. Integrates new inventory stock using current organizational procedures.
    Requirements

    Skills and Education/Experience:
    1. Previous data entry experience desired, but not required
    2. Professional oral and written communication skills
    3. Reading skills and arithmetic aptitude
    4. Computer literate (knowledge of Excel, Word, E-mail, Internet) with the ability to learn new software applications
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
    6. Must be able to sit for long periods of time
    Salary Description

    $19.00/hour
