Your responsibilities

  • Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your full effort
  • You support the branch manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing our branch concepts
  • Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the storage area
Your profile

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some previous leadership experience, such as shift management
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
  • Fast and efficient work style
  • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
Your benefits

  • Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
