We are currently seeking a Site Contract Specialist to join our Start Up team in Germany. This position can be based anywhere in Germany, or in our offices in Karlsruhe or Munich. A hybrid work option is also available.

As a Site Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with study sites.

You will also negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms and conditions within established parameters, authority approvals, contractual processes, and client expectations.

Additionally, you will identify and escalate any legal, financial, or operational risks and provide recommendations and alternative resolutions
