"Join our team at the heart of nursing with a holistic perspective. While the nursing team focuses on caring for residents, you will provide oversight and, as deputy nursing director, share responsibility for the quality and satisfaction of all involved.

*Your responsibilities:
  • Support the primary caregivers in planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating individual nursing needs and ensuring their fulfillment
  • Participation in quality management
  • Nursing training and guidance for new employees, particularly in quality assurance processes
  • Coordination, management, and direction of processes within the facility
  • Participation in creating balanced and sustainable work schedules
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and compensating for any absences due to illness or other reasons
  • In the absence of the nursing director, monitoring nursing and care processes in accordance with legal regulations and nursing standards
*Your profile:
  • Completed training as a geriatric or health and nursing care professional, preferably with a degree in nursing or further education as a nursing director, nursing process manager, or quality officer
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations and problems
  • Enjoyment of planning and organizing
  • Extensive experience in documentation and care planning
  • Preference for teamwork
  • Desire for further education and training
  • Ideas for improving our services
  • Enjoyment of working with older people and their families
  • Motivational and cooperative leadership style that inspires employees to work towards common goals
  • Good computer skills
