    Description
    1. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and needs.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive banking experience.
      • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling and upselling relevant banking products and services.
    2. Financial Advisory:
      • Conduct financial assessments for clients to understand their financial health and provide appropriate advice on banking products, investments, and financial planning.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, such as wealth management and business banking, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
    3. Business Development:
      • Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
      • Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's portfolio, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
    4. Risk Management:
      • Evaluate and manage credit risk associated with client relationships by conducting thorough credit analysis and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
    5. Product Knowledge and Training:
      • Stay updated on the bank's products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
      • Conduct training sessions for clients on various banking products and services.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
      • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
    7. Documentation and Compliance:
      • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and industry practices.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, investment options, and banking services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Sales and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
