- Help enable new ways for NCR Voyix Commerce Platform customers to manage their businesses.
- Work with the product management team, customers, and fellow product owners to build up and prioritize the feature backlog.
- Define the acceptance criteria for all stories.
- Review the demo for each story to ensure the acceptance criteria have been fully met and the greatest business value is achieved.
- Collaborate with the scrum teams to provide guidance that allows them to deliver solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations.
- Work with internal NCR Voyix software teams for improvements in innovation, excellence, and quality.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years translating requirements into testable code, working closely with technology teams to ensure everyone understands the problem being solved.
- Experience with cloud SaaS development practices and APIs
- Experience creating and managing Epics and stories using tools such as Jira and Jira Align (AgileCraft).
- 5 years + working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Strong oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Excellent team skills.
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C services for the retail, hospitality and/or financial services industries.
- Experience working with a complicated matrix of stakeholders
- Experience defining detailed acceptance criteria for delivering Cloud Based SAAS features with quality.
- Experience with hierarchical multitenancy, RBAC & OAuth
