Set Solutions is on the hunt for a Cisco UCCE Voice Engineer for a client of ours in Cleveland OH.

As a Senior Cisco Voice UCCE Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Cisco UCCE systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy Cisco UCCE solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to gather requirements and develop solution designs.

Conduct system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of UCCE environments.

Implement call routing scripts, IVR applications, and advanced features using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise.

Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks to keep UCCE systems up-to-date and secure.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Create documentation, including technical specifications, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff as needed.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to Cisco UCCE and contact center solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of [X] years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco UCCE solutions.

Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE Collaboration are highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Cisco UCCE components, including CVP, CUIC, Finesse, and ICM.

Proficiency in Cisco UCCE scripting languages (e.g., CVP Scripting, ICM Scripting).

Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related technologies (e.g., SIP, H.323, MGCP).

Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
