- Restoration Large Loss Project Manager plans and executes the construction of structures based on a scope of work written by an estimator
- Manages all employees and subcontractors on the jobsites
- Communicates effectively to set and manage client expectations
- Restoration Large Loss Project Manager works with the client to execute changes in the scope, price, and timeline
- Oversees all aspects of jobsite safety and quality while conducting weekly site inspections
- Restoration Large Loss Project Manager keeps a well-planned out schedule and budget for each project based on the contract scope of work
- Works with the estimator and client to secure the proper plans, permits, and inspections per the local building department
- Responsible for invoicing and collection of funds per contract
- All other duties as assigned

- Basic math skills (equivalent to those needed at a GED level)
- Regularly required to climb roofs, crawl into confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, which includes being able to carry a 28' ladder from their truck and setting it up at the roof line of the associated property

JOB SUMMARY:
The Restoration Large Loss Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing large and/or complex construction jobs. This person manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.

Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
EQUIPMENT/COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to "touch type" and be familiar with software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
REASONING ABILITY:
This person should possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
They should also have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in the English language.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Regularly required to climb roofs, crawl into confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, which includes being able to carry a 28' ladder from their truck and setting it up at the roof line of the associated property.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position will be based in an office environment with visits to residential construction work sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety equipment is furnished.
