Profile:

Completed technical training, further education as a technician/master (m/f/d), or a degree, e.g. in civil engineering or architecture
Ideally, professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d), preferably in the field of construction logistics or facility management
Good understanding of numbers and knowledge of construction and businessrelated contexts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Negotiation skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
Proficient in MS Office
Class B driver's license
Willingness to travel and work on construction sites

Responsibilities:

Independent project management, coordination, and control of construction logistics services on large construction sites
Management of own employees, subcontractors
