We are currently seeking a
Part Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in
Rowena, TX in the coordination area of youth (AsA) on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and assisting the superior coordination in their tasks and areas of responsibility:
Partial budget planning
Acquisition and recruitment of customers and participants
Acquisition, conception, and organization of seminars/courses/projects
Public relations
Management and organization of speaker assignments
Leading the assigned partial coordination area, including the employees working in this area
Employee communication in daily operations
Conducting annual performance reviews
Implementing the leadership concept
Maintaining contacts with clients and other institutions
Trustful cooperation with the works council committees
Administrative, documentary, and organizational tasks
Evaluation of statistical data
Maintaining, applying, and improving the quality management system

Your qualifications and competencies:

Completed degree in social, educational, or business field or equivalent qualification
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of the regional education landscape and job market
Entrepreneurial thinking, high commitment, enthusiasm, and organizational skills
Sensitivity and enjoyment in working with people
