SLR International Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work with SLR's Seattle and Bothell based technical teams on the delivery of consulting services to clients in multiple business sectors.
Proven ability in all aspects of project management and technical work oversight associated with site investigation and assessment, site remediation; cost recovery and cost allocation analysis, and broad services related to site procurement, land development and regenerative use.
Comprehensive understanding of MTCA, CERCLA, and RCRA desirable. Professional licensing also desirable and a degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering or other suitable subject. A minimum of eight years consulting experience is required.Key position requirements include good writing and presentation skills, ability to travel (primarily throughout WA) and able to complete fieldwork, as required to support project workload.

Job Description
Technical Skills/Experience
A minimum of 8 years professional experience in the areas of expertise listed above
Demonstrated expertise in managing consulting assignments, working directly with clients and attorneys, and negotiating with regulatory agencies
Capable of managing a variety of project deliverables with varying timelines
Proven project management experience from proposal stage to completion to include establishing scopes and project budgets, client communications, managing deliverables, and coordinating project teams
Successful business development experience in Washington, including with attorneys
Proven experience managing a team of diverse professionals
Skill in budgeting and goal-setting for a group
Previous experience with a small to midsize consultancy is appreciated
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field required
OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER
Professional Engineering license to perform in Washington State preferred
In-depth understanding of consulting
Willing to travel by airplane and car including overnight travel
Valid driver's license required
