    **Roofing Sales Consultant**

    Sales Farmers Branch, Texas Compensation **$60,000 to $250,000/year** Farmers Branch, TX 75234

    Full-time, Contract, Commission

    Salary: $60,000.00 to $250,000.00 / year

    CMC Roofing Services is currently looking to grow our team of roofing consultants. Our company is exceeding sales expectations and we are growing rapidly. The DFW area is a multi-billion dollar roofing market with wind, storm and hail related insurance claims. We are a different, high-quality roofing company, making both customers and the success of the team a priority. We have over 30 years of roofing and construction experience and are locally owned and operated. Join the CMC Team and begin your professional career and road to financial independence.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Promote and market CMC Roofing Services to Homeowners who have been affected by storm damage

    Become proficient at all aspects of the sales and completion process

    Customer Service

    Product Knowledge

    Lead Generation

    Agreements

    Software Programs/ CRM Data Entry

    Setting and Achieving Goals

    Communication Skills

    Position Requirements

    High Energy

    Highly Motivated

    Good Time Management Skills

    Interested in a Career and Financial Independence

    Good Communication Skills

    Must have a smart phone (Android or iOS), iPad and reliable transportation

    Must be comfortable dealing face-to-face with Homeowners

    Must have and be comfortable on a ladder

    Sales/Marketing/Construction experience a plus, but not required for the right individual

    Training / Compensation

    Top-End Commission Structure

    Monthly and annual performance bonuses

    Performance based advances

    CMC Roofing Services delivers consistent training, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 30 days. Individuals we contract receive training on basic construction, insurance, sales and storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through their restoration - prior experience in roofing is not necessary.
