    Sales Position: With our wide range of products, we present various sales opportunities within different teams (B2C & B2B). This specific role concentrates on selling to individual real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.

    Job Duties:

    • Exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional value to prospective and existing clients.
    • Consult with real estate professionals, offering tailored recommendations and effectively closing deals.
    • Generate opportunities through networking, prospecting, and utilizing strategic partnerships.
    • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into opportunities from local and national events.
    • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to educate potential clients about our coaching services and SaaS offerings.
    • Utilize Salesforce for lead and sales activity management.
    • Engage in regular sales meetings to strategize, share insights, and collaborate with your team.
    • Apply advanced sales techniques to enhance the sales process and meet targets.

    Requirements: For success in this role, you must possess proven sales experience, particularly in a consultative or B2B sales capacity, and exhibit a coachable, competitive mindset. Strong self-management skills, motivation, and discipline, fueled by a drive for career growth, are essential. Customer orientation, CRM software proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and excellent communication skills are crucial. A history of achieving success and setting high standards is preferred.
