Our Engineered Solutions segment offers advanced process technologies and solutions that are designed to improve our customers' manufacturing processes and projects.

This segment includes our High-Temperature Technologies and Environmental & Infrastructure product lines. Our High-Temperature Technologies product line offers specially-formulated blends and technologies primarily for Foundry and Steelmaking industries.

Our Environmental & Infrastructure product line provides waterproofing, water purification, remediation and other fluid management technologies for critical projects for Remediation, Water Purification, and Infrastructure.

Oracle Applications Analyst

Location:
North America | USA | Bethlehem, PA
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Applications Analyst at our Bethlehem, PA office.

The Oracle Application Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Oracle E-Business Suite systems (Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management and Shipping, Projects etc.), working collaboratively with the functional and development teams.

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Technical support to all standard and custom modules in current ERP System
Work with System Analysts in the implementation of Oracle ERP for new plants and business unit as needed
Root-cause analysis and resolution of complex problems in support of production environments including integration and CEMLIs
Support for various Applications like Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), OCI, OAC, Oracle CRM on demand, SOA, Vertex etc.
Develop reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud
Create custom packages and procedures using SQL / PLSQL
Create custom integration scripts using Phyton / Perl
Work on Oracle Data Integrator to build ETL for Datawarehouse projects
Operational Excellence

Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
BS or BA degree in computer science or related field required

Required Skills:

5 + years of Senior Oracle Application Developer or 4+ years of Oracle database administration experience as an Oracle Applications DBA supporting Oracle EBS (R12).

Experience working in a controlled environment such as OCI and SOX compliant environment for public US firms.
Proficient functional knowledge in Oracle EBS Suite products – Financial and/or SCM

Expert in SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX shell scripting

Conversant with ETLs and basic knowledge of Oracle reports and format
Knowledge of underlying the Oracle Applications Technology Stack, database architecture, schemas/products and database objects
Experience of upgrading from Oracle Cloud SOA to OIC
Knowledgeable about Cloud PaaS and Oracle Analytics Cloud

Other Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Willingness to learn new technologies
Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
Flexibility related to scheduling
Skilled problem-solving capabilities with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions

Constant contact with individuals internal and external to the organization at all levels occurs via various methods of communication, typically including face-to-face discussions, electronic mail, phone calls, written letters and/or faxes
Must have ability to work the shift/number of hours in which duties need to be accomplished.
Travel may occur on an infrequent basis
