Position Summary:

Responsible for providing support to the organization's server infrastructure and development, test, and production environments. Must maintain compliance with company's Information Security policies and practices.


Primary Job Duties:

• Performs regular handson maintenance and management for business systems, resolving inquiries and issues, including cloudbased systems. Escalating issues to senior support as necessary.
• Assist in training and updating job aids. Communicating updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed.
• Test releases, new builds and enhancements to business systems which may include assisting in coordination of user sign off and installation.
• Work with business analysts and operations to evaluate user requirements for changes or enhancements to existing business systems and provide specifications where needed.
• Provides administrative support for both Windows and Linux environments used across development, test, and production environments.
• Interact with employees, vendors and contractors assisting to resolve any issues.
• Recommend improvements to business systems.
• Document and review new request and/or system enhancements.
• Assists IT Operations Management with budgeting and license compliance as it relates to enterprise technology environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or two year technical degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years' experience with Veeam backup software
• At least two (2) years' experience with antivirus/antimalware/patch management solution.
• At least one (1) year of experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux operating systems.
• Industry recognized certification preferred.
• Knowledge of antivirus/antimalware solutions.
• Knowledge of backup solutions.
• Knowledge of fundamental networking/distributed computing environment principles.
• Knowledge of network security concepts, including encryption, IDS/IPS, proxies, and protocol filtering.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time (40 Hours/Week) exempt position. Hours are flexible within core business hours. This position is fully remote reporting out of our office in Allentown, PA.
