- A Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR a master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement.
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master on an Agile Scrum team or leading diversified software development teams.
- Experience in Software Development, Integration, or other IT related projects.
- Experience working in an AWS/cloud architecture environment.
- Experience working with data models, REST-based microservices, OpenAPI specification.
- Systems integration experience.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand technical legacy systems and associated component functionalities
