    MoharDesign is a dynamic small business specializing in commercial interior design. With prestigious clients like Harvard University, MIT, and Yale, we work on exciting projects. Our vibrant office environment is a hub of creativity filled with fabrics and colors.

    Location:

    Conveniently situated near Concord wetlands, our office is just 5 minutes from Concord Center. Easy access from Route 2 and I95 makes commuting a breeze.

    Responsibilities & Tasks:

    Human Resources

    • Manage and execute Payroll (with our payroll service)
    • Handle employee benefits such as PTO, Holidays, and Sick Days
    • Maintain Office Guidelines Handbook
    • Act as an employee liaison for HR issues
    • Track employee Time Sheets per Employee and Project
    • Assist with Recruitment

    Project Administration

    • Track designer hours and budgets for projects
    • Communicate project hours status to managers
    • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements

    General Office & Operations Responsibilities

    • Order supplies and maintain office organization
    • Manage office space related issues

    Company Software Organization

    • Maintain software lists, licenses, passwords & troubleshoot issues
    • Assist with IT coordination and software/app problems

    Assistance with RFPs and Proposals

    • Update resumes and company information for RFPs
    • Assist with writing and formatting proposals

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • IT troubleshooting abilities

    EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years as an Office Manager or similar role
    • Direct HR experience including managing benefits and staff relations
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Organized, energetic, and adaptable
