    Lead Process Technology Engineer in Global Innovation and TechnologyWe are seeking a Lead Process Technology Engineer to join our Global Innovation and Technology Team, offering an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of polymer and fiber technology.

    This pivotal role serves as the strategic link between manufacturing, product/process technology, and collaborative team initiatives, with a strong focus on polymer performance and fiber process development.


    Responsibilities:
    Spearhead the development and enhancement of fiber production technology to boost output, efficiency, and product quality. Innovate and refine process technologies, ensuring they effectively support advancements in product performance and production consistency. Optimize existing manufacturing processes and plant operations to improve capacity, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality. Lead and manage global projects aimed at optimizing technology and developing new technological advancements in fiber and polymer processes.


    RequirementsRequired Experience:

    PhD or Master's in Chemical Engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in process development or technology innovation within the polymer industry.

    Proven expertise in polymer production processes, process design, equipment modification, and optimization. Strong capabilities in pilot-scale operations and modeling tools.
