- Bachelor of science degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or comparable degree or equivalent working experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within a Supply Chain or Manufacturing Engineering position with significant experiences in materials handling.
- Automotive or similar industry experience.
- Ability to engineer material handling solutions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in material flow processes with preferred experience in 'kitting' and 'milk run' operations.
- Knowledge of production processes and systems used for discrete manufacturing, understanding of DFT-principles.
- The candidate will be responsible for building out a new department within the company.
- The candidate may need to relocate as the job location can be either Berea, KY or Greenville, NC.
