- Work closely with the Product Manager and commercial team to ensure that the production schedule aligns with anticipated forecasts, providing thorough and timely updates as needed.
- Oversee project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements to ensure alignment with deadlines.
- Provide order and pricing confirmations, deliverable updates, and other necessary information via email and virtual meetings.
- Update and organize the site production schedule along with corresponding orders in the ERP system.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact timelines, volumes, or quality.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure the availability of raw materials for projects, forecasting annually based on current and anticipated orders.
- Contribute to achieving On-Time Delivery objectives for the site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with project management, coordination, planning, scheduling, or similar responsibilities.
- Relevant experience within Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices or Food Production industries
