Massy Distribution (USA) Inc. manages ambient, chilled, and frozen product lines, focusing exclusively on the Caribbean region. With a team well-versed in regional dynamics, brand management, distribution, logistics, and export regulations, we facilitate the swift introduction of products, bolstered by our ownership of both distribution channels and over 50 retail outlets across key Caribbean markets.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize inventory levels and demonstrate strong planning skills to accommodate varying lead times.
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting, showcasing leadership potential.
• Exercise high attention to detail and analytical prowess to gauge the financial implications of decisions.
• Place orders promptly to sustain optimal inventory levels.
• Utilize strong communication skills to address supply chain issues with suppliers and vendors, seeking timely resolutions.
• Update and manage information in the system, including discontinuing and adding products to the network.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align purchasing with order requirements.
• Identify products nearing expiry in coordination with the sales team to mitigate profit and loss impact.
• Review receiving documentation to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Oversee KPIs related to expiry dates, fill ratios, and inventory days.
• Maintain precise data within the system and generate reports on order fill ratios.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control.
• Proven expertise in buyer-demand planning.
• Familiarity with Enterprise systems.

• Proficiency in Excel and office software.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000.
• Full-time permanent position with Massy Distribution USA.

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office.
