**Essential Job Functions:**

Gather necessary data, create and analyze metrics, maintain appropriate databases, and send required report to customer and supply base

Support Purchase Order automation efforts

Ensure success of the QuEST cross functional teams by interacting with manufacturing suppiers, set and report hardware commitment dates, and track hardware delivery

Coordinate with suppliers to determine status of open POs

Follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to determine PO status, solidify delivery dates, and track all responses

Track deliverables and adhere to strict schedule/milestones

Report project status during regular meetings with the customer. Typical reports would include updates on total completed work instructions, assumptions made and information needed

**Secondary Job Functions:**

Execution within multiple services

Technical Leadership and Technical Reviews

Cross-functional teams

Train new team members

Develop work instructions to implement best practices and lessons learned

Geographic re-assignments

Enabler roles, such as Human Resources, Technology Development, and IT

Quality Management and Continuous Improvement

**Qualifications:**

Proficient with MS Office required

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of various PO contract types

Experience with Supply Chain processes including PO acknowledgement

Excellent communication skills between multiple departments (internally and with external suppliers)

AS or BS in business or technical field

Ability to read LOB and OOR reports

Experience with materials planning and project engineering

Experience with SAP or similar database system

Financial management skills

Experience with manufacturing processes desired

Knowledge of Oracle valued

Ability to resolve conflicting situations

**Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.**

**Physical Requirements & Work Environment:**

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / Typical schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
