If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least four years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases.
As an integral member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of litigation in a broad spectrum of matters.
The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.About the Firm:

Qualifications:
~4 years of litigation experience (our firm has many practice areas)
~ Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery
~ Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting
~ Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
~ Active membership with the ATL state bar
~ Motivated to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
Propounding and responding to discovery
Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings
Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
Manage your own cases
