    We are currently seeking a highly motivated customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Service Representative.

    This role is a unique blend of cultivating new business opportunities and providing exceptional support to valued customers.

    Business Development &

    Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized support and acting as their primary point of contact.

    Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

    Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.

    Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.

    Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.

    Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.

    Business Development &

    Customer Service Representative Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

    Goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
