Focus on Public Building Law ProPotsdam GmbH is the largest housing company in the state capital Potsdam and a leading service provider in the areas of urban redevelopment, urban development, housing construction, and housing welfare.

With a portfolio of over rental apartments, it is also the largest provider of housing in the Potsdam housing market.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Legal Counsel (m/f/i) - with a focus on public building law, who will support our organization in the field of public building law and related legal areas, and contribute to the successful implementation of our projects with their expertise and passion for legal challenges.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in legal advice, project management, and enforcement of legal claims:

Legal advice:
You advise the management, departments, and affiliated companies in the areas of public building law, environmental law, emission control law, monument protection law, and tax law

Project support:
You provide legal support for various projects

Conduct negotiations:
You are able to conduct negotiations independently and successfully represent our interests.

Enforcement and defense of claims:
You enforce our claims and defend us against unfounded demands.

Model contracts and terms and conditions:
You create and maintain model contracts and terms and conditions

Communication of legal changes:
You proactively inform about relevant legal changes and current case law

Management of external lawyers:
You coordinate and manage external lawyers
