    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWSH Management is currently seeking an experienced Porter for our apartment community in Santa Ana, CA.

    Who we are:

Our headquarters are located in Irvine, California and have quality living apartments for affordable and market-rate seniors and families.

    What we Offer:

    • $18.00-$19.00 per hour
    • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401k with employer match
    • Paid vacation and 15 paid company holidays
    • Full time position, 40 hours per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspect property and equipment daily to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed.
    • Clean all common areas; rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, laundry centers, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.

    Requirements:

    • One year (1) facilities/apartment community/maintenance/janitorial.
    • Possess proficiency of the English language, including the ability to understand and communicate effectively with other employees, customers and vendors who only speak English as necessary to perform essential job duties.
    • Grounds keeping / janitorial.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain current auto insurance.
    • Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)
