- Creation of standard work, stand sequence of planning process and overall calendar of events focused on customer satisfaction, shop floor execution and system optimization
- Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters
- Lead planning and development of schedules
- Establish demand and planning time fences
- Controls planning data, , lead times, order quantities
- Ensure, with the cooperation of other stakeholders the division achieves and maintains the highest possible Customer rating for satisfaction and On Time Delivery
- Create master production schedules to support customer service and inventory turn goals
- Drive, promote and develop positive communication with Operations to improve throughput
- Recognize marketplace requirements and create an environment in which the use of effective scheduling logic simultaneously produces realistic master schedules and customer satisfaction
- Monitor/maintain accuracy and integrity of ERP input information (forecasts, order reconciliation
- Manage control workload data analysis including plant/ work center level / cell level
- Conducts a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times
- Develops a master schedule for a specific value stream, product class based upon MRP, level loading, inventory strategy, lot sizing
- BS/BA degree in business, supply chain or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a project scheduler, maintaining responsibility for creating and updating manufacturing schedules by working with team and project leads to schedule resources, tracking progress, developing reports, and briefing project schedule status.
- Certification in A Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and scheduling software required
- Must possess the ability to interface effectively and efficiently across the organization
- Familiarity with schedules in an MRP/ERP environment preferable in ORACLE
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices
