As a Turnaround Coordinator/Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating all ground services directly at the aircraft and serving as a point of contact for the flight crew.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing necessary flight documents
  • Creating and distributing flightspecific data such as loading instructions, etc.
  • Monitoring work processes on aircraft, taking into account relevant safety regulations
  • Pre and postprocessing of procedures, including telex communication, as well as related administrative tasks
