About The Role:


As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in our collaborative teams of Product, Design, and Software Engineering.

You will report to the Head of Product Design and work closely with developers and product managers to maintain high design standards and continuously improve our processes and deliverables.


In our hybrid working culture, you will be based in our dynamic offices in Berlin or London and collaborate with the team at least two days a week.

As we have an international presence, occasional travel may be required to bring a global perspective to your exciting journey with us.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define the problem to be solved, conducting research, and refining success metrics.
  • Effectively communicating your design decisions and supporting them with evidence, reasoning, and logic.
  • Going above and beyond to understand the target audience for your designs.
  • Promoting the benefits of research and having the skills to deliver it.
  • Utilizing data tools to track product performance and make incremental improvements.
  • Having a deep understanding of digital products and the ability to make both small and large adjustments to enhance the user experience.
  • Innovating and envisioning the future potential of a problem.
  • Approaching problems from different perspectives and striving to take them to the next level.
