    Description
    Our client, a Broadcasting Company, is hiring a Human Resource Manager to join their Miami team


    Responsibilities:
    HR management

    • Provides expertise and knowledge on all HR related topics
    • Provides guidance on employment law and recommendations on all compliance and legal topics
    • Provides guidance on compensation and benefits
    • Implements HR processes and policies, based on international guidance and adapting to the US
    Payroll and administration

    • Employment contract preparation and management
    • Ensures communication of payroll information to the payroll provider and ensures all staff are correctly onboarded on an administrative point of view
    • Manages relationship with payroll provider and benefits providers
    • Works closely with the finance team on all admin HR related topics
    • Implements HR administrative processes
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
    Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
    Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
    Payroll and Benefits knowledge in the U.S. and Canada
